Now there are amazing alternatives to just plain old shorts. I personally love the sailor culottes and the sweetheart star print romper. I have a pair of culottes that I purchased spring '07 but they were a bit large so they sat at my hips,so I didn't wear them that often but they are so comfortable otherwise. I'm thinking of taking another project and making them so they sit at my natural waist. They look very similar to the star print culottes without the actual print, they are a solid black.
